Tijuana Caesar Salad

  1. For each serving: Combine 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  2. (25 mL) each dressing and guacamole in medium bowl.
  3. Add 2-1/4 cups (550 mL) lettuce; toss to coat.
  4. Plate salad.
  5. Top with 2 bacon slices, broken in half; 1 Tbsp.
  6. (15 mL) Parmesan cheese; 2 Tbsp.
  7. (30 mL) tortilla strips; and 1 Tbsp.
  8. (15 mL) pumpkin seeds.
