Tijuana Caesar Salad
- 2-1/4 cups Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 2-1/4 cups guacamole
- 13-1/2 qt. romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 48 slices fully cooked bacon, crisped in oven Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1-1/4 cups Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- 3 cups Tri-colored tortilla strips
- 1-1/2 cups pumpkin seeds, roasted
- For each serving: Combine 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- (25 mL) each dressing and guacamole in medium bowl.
- Add 2-1/4 cups (550 mL) lettuce; toss to coat.
- Plate salad.
- Top with 2 bacon slices, broken in half; 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) Parmesan cheese; 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) tortilla strips; and 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) pumpkin seeds.
