Roasted Asparagus With Lemon

  1. Preheat oven to 475.
  2. Snap off ends of asparagus and spread on rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Pour oil over asparagus and toss to coat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast 8-10 minutes, turning once, until asparagus is tender and begins to caramelize.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish, toss with lemon juice and zest and garnish with lemon slices.
