Shrimp & Bok Choy Stir-Fry

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add peppers and onions; stir-fry 2 min.
  4. Add bok choy; stir-fry 1 min.
  5. Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add 1 Tbsp.
  7. of the dressing mixture and shrimp to skillet; stir-fry 2 min.
  8. Add vegetables and remaining dressing mixture; stir-fry 1 to 2 min.
  9. or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are heated through.
