Neely-tini

• Neelys Dry Rub, recipe follows
• 5 drops hot sauce
• 4 ounces vodka
• 2 ounces olive juice
• 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced in 1/2
• 4 ounces paprika
• 2 ounces white sugar
• 1 teaspoon onion powder

1. Dip rim of martini glass into water.
2. Rim with Neelys Dry Rub.
3. Add vodka, olive juice and hot sauce to chilled shaker.
4. Shake well.
5. Pour into glasses.
6. Garnish with a slice of jalapeno.
7. Add ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.
