PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Double-Chocolate Layer Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Add eggs; beat just until blended.
  4. Remove 1 cup batter; mix with melted chocolate.
  5. Pour into crust; top with remaining (plain) batter.
  6. Bake 40 min.
  7. or until centre is almost set.
  8. Cool.
  9. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  10. Top with Cool Whip and strawberries just before serving.
