Creamed Baked Chicken Breasts Recipe
- 8 chicken breast halves (skinned and deboned)
- 8 slices Monterey Jack cheese
- Canned mushrooms (optional)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. stuffing mix
- Arrange chicken pcs in greased 13x9x2 dish; top with cheese slices.
- Arrange mushrooms over all (good without, too).
- Combine soup and wine.
- Stir well.
- Spoon proportionately over chicken.
- Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
- Drizzle butter over crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 min.
- Serves 8.
