Low-Fat Artichoke Dip

  1. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, artichokes and garlic salt in a food processor.
  2. Pour mixture into 8- x 8-inch glass baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350F until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
  4. Serves 16.
