Red Beans and Beans

  1. Heat oil in a medium-size skillet over medium-heat.
  2. Add onion, green pepper and celery.
  3. Cook, stirring, for 7 minutes.
  4. Add garlic; cook 1 minute.
  5. Scrape contents of skillet into slow cooker.
  6. Add cajun seasoning, oregano, thyme, beans, bouillion cube and water.
  7. Cook for 3 1/2 hours on high for 5 hours on low or until beans are soft.
  8. Stir in kielbasa and black pepper.
  9. Cook until heated through.
  10. Serve over rice.
