Cream Style Corn For Freezing Recipe
- sweet corn.
- 1 quart. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 teaspoon salt
- Bring to boil in large, heavy pan, stirring constantly with potato masher.
- Boil 10 min.
- Watch carefully or possibly will scorch.
- Cold in flat pan as quickly as possible.
- Put in freezer containers and freeze.
- Makes 8 pints.
