Frosted Banana Bars

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Spray 9 x 9-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Beat sugar, sour cream, oleo and egg whites in large bowl on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally. Beat in bananas and vanilla on low speed 30 seconds.
  4. Beat in flour, salt and baking soda on medium speed 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally.
  5. Stir in nuts.
  6. Spread in pan.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown; cool.
  8. Spread with Frosting.
  9. Cut into 24 bars.
