Boullabaise Soup
- 1 piece Shrimp Cube
- 2 piece Medium size crabs-cut into four
- 1/4 kg Shrimp
- 1/4 kg Tahong
- 1/4 kg Halaan
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp garlic -minced
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom
- 4 cup water
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 2 tbsp minced Ginger
- 3 tbsp minced Onions
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- Sautee Garlic , onion and ginger.
- No oil.
- Cover until tender.
- Add water and Campbell Cream of mushroom.
- Dissolve and bring to boil.
- Add all the remaining ingredients except the milk.
- Bring to boil.
- Let boil for 5 mins.
- Turn off the stove, then pour the evaporated milk.
