Dipped Peanut Butter Fingers
- 12 cup margarine
- 12 cup smooth peanut butter
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1 14 cups flour
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 34 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 cups milk chocolate chips, melted
- 34 cup salted peanuts, crushed
- In a large bowl, mix margarine, peanut butter, sugars, and egg until well blended.
- In another bowl, blend all dry ingredients.
- Mix into margarine mixture.
- Chill dough for 1 hour.
- Heat oven to 375.
- Using a cookie press with star plate, make 2 1/2 inch "fingers."
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
- When baked, dip one end in melted chocolate, then into peanuts.
- Set on wax paper to dry.
