Dipped Peanut Butter Fingers

  1. In a large bowl, mix margarine, peanut butter, sugars, and egg until well blended.
  2. In another bowl, blend all dry ingredients.
  3. Mix into margarine mixture.
  4. Chill dough for 1 hour.
  5. Heat oven to 375.
  6. Using a cookie press with star plate, make 2 1/2 inch "fingers."
  7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  8. When baked, dip one end in melted chocolate, then into peanuts.
  9. Set on wax paper to dry.
