Momma's fish 'n' chips

  1. heat oil until it sizzles when you drop a drop of water in
  2. fry up your bagged potatoes until nice and crispy
  3. put cooked potatoes on a plate with paper towels to soak up the extra oil and place in oven on warm
  4. cut your fish in to appropriate sized fillets
  5. mix all your dry ingredients thoroughly
  6. coat filets in dry ingredients
  7. drop in oil and fry for 2-3 minutes
  8. take out and put on a plate with paper towels to soak the extra oil
