Quick, Elegant, Pork Chops

• 2 Pork Chops
• 1/4 cup Feta Cheese
• 1/4 cup Blue Cheese
• 2 Slices of Bacon
• 1 bunch Green Onions
• dash Olive Oil

1. Sear pork chops in skillet with a little oil and salt and pepper.
2. Cook bacon and crumble, mix with other ingredients.
3. Broil until breadcrumb mixture is browned to taste (not long).
