Peppermint Cream Filling Recipe

• 3 c. powdered sugar
• 1/3 c. soft butter
• 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
• 1/4 c. lowfat milk

1. Combine all but 2 c. of the powdered sugar and lowfat milk.
2. Beat till fluffy and blend remaining sugar and lowfat milk, alternating ingredients.
