Gyro loaf
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 1 1/2 tbsp margarom
- 1 1/2 tbsp rosemary
- 1 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 medium onion blended smooth in a blender
- preheat oven to 375F Fahrenheit mix all ingredients well make a loaf bake in oven for an hour.
- I didnt have ground lamb I had to get shoulder blades remove bone gristle and excess fat put into blender in batches and made it very smooth like a patte add a little oil as I blended turned out very good saved bones and fat for stock put them In a freezer I dont like to waste food
