Gyro loaf

  1. preheat oven to 375F Fahrenheit mix all ingredients well make a loaf bake in oven for an hour.
  2. I didnt have ground lamb I had to get shoulder blades remove bone gristle and excess fat put into blender in batches and made it very smooth like a patte add a little oil as I blended turned out very good saved bones and fat for stock put them In a freezer I dont like to waste food
