Butter Cookies (Press Cookie) Recipe

• 5 1/2 c. Flour sifted
• 1 lb Butter (Margarine)
• 3 tsp Vanilla
• 2 c. Sugar
• 2 x Large eggs
• 2 tsp Baking pwdr

1. Beat butter and add in sugar till creamy, add in Large eggs,vanilla, baking pwdr and flour one c. at a time.
2. Mix well.Fill cookie presser.
3. Place on a greased cookie sheet or possibly teflon pan and bake in a preheated oven at 400^ for 5-7minutes.
