Sunday Best Corn

  1. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp.
  2. Remove to paper towels.
  3. Drain bacon grease, reserving 1 tablespoons.
  4. Saute mushrooms and onions in the reserved drippings until tender.
  5. Stir in the corn, process cheese and bacon.
  6. Cook and stir for 2-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
