Crockpot Chicken Fajitas
- 1- 1/2 pound Chicken
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Ro*tel Tomatoes
- 1 whole Large Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Coriander
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- Tortillas And Your Favorite Taco Toppings, To Serve
- Put chicken, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and spices in the crockpot.
- Put on high for 4-6 hours, depending on your crockpot.
- Once the chicken is cooked, slice the chicken.
- Put chicken slices and some of the onion/tomato on a tortilla.
- Garnish with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, or whatever else you like on your tacos.
- Eat it up!
