Blackened Fillet Of Tuna With Horseradish And Tomato Relish Recipe

  1. Prepare wood or possibly charcoal grill and let it burn down to embers.
  2. Brush extra virgin olive oil on tuna fillets and dredge in blackening seasoning on one side.
  3. Place tuna blackened side down on grill.
  4. Grill for 3 min on one side and 2 min on the other for medium rare.
  5. Serve warm with Horseradish and Tomato Relish.
  6. HORSERADISH AND TOMATO RELISH: Combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, chile pwdr and cilantro in a bowl.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  8. BLACKENING SEASONING: Combine all seasoning ingredients.
