Chips Ahoy Tiramisu
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup thickened cream
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee, dissolved in 1/3 cup boiling water
- 2 tablespoons Tia Maria liqueur
- 12 NABISCO* Chips Ahoy! Cookies
- chocolate shavings, to garnish
- Beat the Philly* with the cream and caster sugar until smooth.
- Combine coffee mixture with the liqueur.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of the Philly* mixture into the bottom of four 1 cup glasses (the glass should be as wide as the cookies).
- Dip four cookies into the coffee mixture and place 1 in each glass.
- Repeat with 2 more layers.
- Chill 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve sprinkled with chocolate shavings.
