Chips Ahoy Tiramisu

  1. Beat the Philly* with the cream and caster sugar until smooth.
  2. Combine coffee mixture with the liqueur.
  3. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the Philly* mixture into the bottom of four 1 cup glasses (the glass should be as wide as the cookies).
  4. Dip four cookies into the coffee mixture and place 1 in each glass.
  5. Repeat with 2 more layers.
  6. Chill 2 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve sprinkled with chocolate shavings.
