Curried Hot Fruit Recipe
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 4 teaspoon curry
- 1 lg. can pears
- 1 lg. can peaches
- 1 (#2) can chunk pineapple
- Maraschino cherries or possibly mandarin oranges, if you like
- Heat butter, add in sugar and curry, drain fruit, top with butter.
- Mix.
- Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
- (Can be done several days ahead and reheated in 350 degree oven for 30 min).
- Serve hot.
