Cheesy Brunch Casserole
- 18 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 8 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Layer half each of the bread, broccoli, peppers and cheese in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Repeat layers.
- Beat eggs, milk and butter with whisk in large bowl until well blended.
- Pour evenly over ingredients in baking dish.
- Bake 50 min.
- to 1 hour or until center is set.
