Baked duck with Wild rice

  1. heat oven to 425F
  2. melt butter in skillet, season duck to taste with salt and pepper
  3. brown duck breast on both sides in skillet
  4. when rice is cooked, mix with soup and spread in bottom of glass baking pan
  5. place duck breast on top of rice mixture, and cover them with bacon strips(it may take 10 strips if breasts are larger)
  6. bake at 425 for 30 to 45 min.
  7. or until duck is cooked through
