Microwave Lake Country Stuffed Trout Recipe

  1. Rinse trout and pat dry.
  2. Place in 12 x 7 x 2 inch microproof baking dish.
  3. Place butter in 2-c. glass measure.
  4. Cook on high for 1 minute.
  5. Add in mushrooms, carrots, bread crumbs, tarragon and pepper.
  6. Stir till well mixed.
  7. Stuff mushroom mix into trout cavities.
  8. Sprinkle lemon juice over trout.
  9. Cover with waxed paper and cook on high 6 min.
  10. 2 servings.
