Light Curry, Simple From Ground Meat & Cabbage!
- 200 grams Ground beef or pork
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 1/4 Cabbage
- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 Soup stock cube
- 2 tbsp Cake flour
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 300 ml Water
- Mince the garlic, cut the onions into thin slices, and the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the garlic.
- Once the garlic has become aromatic add the ground meat and cook until it changes color.
- Add the salt, pepper, and curry powder and continue cooking.
- Add the onions and cake flour and mix everything together.
- Add the water and soup stock cube.
- Bring to a boil and remove any scum.
- Add the cabbage, lightly boil, then stop the heat.
