Mom's Favorite Chicken Bake with TATER TOTS

• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 pkg. (2 oz.) WYLERS MRS. GRASS Onion Soup Mix
• 4 cups (1/2 of 32-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
• 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
• 1/2 lb. small fresh mushrooms, cut in half
• 3/4 cup sliced carrots

1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Mix oil and soup mix until blended.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
4. Add oil mixture; mix lightly.
5. Spoon into shallow casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
6. Bake 30 min.
7. or until chicken is done.
