Minted Melon Salad

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the first six ingredients to a boil.
  2. Boil for 2 minutes; remove from the heat.
  3. Cover and cool syrup completely.
  4. Combine the fruit in a large bowl; add syrup and stir to coat.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Drain before serving.
