Strawberry Ricecake Dessert
- 8 ounces cream cheese (soften at room temperature)
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
- 12 ounces Cool Whip
- fresh strawberries
- rice cake
- In a large bowl mix cream cheese with marshmallow creme.
- Mix well then add your Cool Whip and mix well just a few spins with hand mixture then with spatula continue to fold in well.
- Take a rice cake, spread approx 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on top and then top that off with sliced fresh strawberries.
- Enjoy!
