Mexican Sausage And Macaroni Salad Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 can kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1 (8 ounce.) can corn, liquid removed
- 2 med. tomatoes, diced
- 1 sm. green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. green onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. green or possibly black olives, sliced
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- Blend dressing ingredients and toss with salad.
- Refrigeratebefore serving.
