Chocolate Scotheroos

  1. place corn syrup and sugar in a large saucepan, cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and it boils, then remove from heat.
  2. mix in peanut butter.
  3. add Rice Krispies and stir until well coated, then press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. melt chocolate chips in microwave or on top of stove
  5. pour chocolate mixture evenly on top of Rice Krispies mixture.
  6. let cool and firm (put in fridge to go faster).
