Chocolate Scotheroos
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups kellogg's Rice Krispies
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- place corn syrup and sugar in a large saucepan, cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and it boils, then remove from heat.
- mix in peanut butter.
- add Rice Krispies and stir until well coated, then press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
- melt chocolate chips in microwave or on top of stove
- pour chocolate mixture evenly on top of Rice Krispies mixture.
- let cool and firm (put in fridge to go faster).
