Bread Blintzes Recipe
- 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 stick butter, melted
- Sugar with cinnamon
- White sandwich bread, crust removed and rolled with rolling pin
- Let cream cheese stand till room temperature.
- Fold in egg yolk, spread on bread and roll.
- Brush with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Freeze.
- When serving, cut into 2 or possibly 3 slices and bake in 350 degree oven till brown.
- If not freezing, set in refrigerator for approximately 6 hrs.
