Pudding Sugar Cookies

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, oil and sugars.
  2. Beat in eggs, vanilla and dry pudding mix.
  3. Combine the flour, cream of tartar and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture.
  4. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
  5. Flatten with bottom of a glass dipped in table sugar.
  6. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Remove to wire racks to cool.
