Pork Chop Spanish Rice Recipe

  1. Slowly brown chops in shortening for 15 to 20 min and drain.
  2. Combine salt, chili pwdr and pepper; sprinkle over chops.
  3. Add in rice, onion, minced pepper and tomatoes.
  4. Cover and slowly cook 35 min, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add in green pepper rings and cook 5 more mounds, or possibly till rice and meat are tender.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
