Lemon Chicken Fettuccine

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add mushrooms and tomatoes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in chicken and parsley
  5. Add cooked fettuccine to chicken mixture and cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
  6. In a cup combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper; stir it until throughly mixed.
  7. Stir into pasta mixture.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  10. Serve :)
