Southern Corn Pudding
- 3 cups corn (canned or cut)
- 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons bacon grease
- 1 18 cups scalded milk
- Combine corn and remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a casserole dish that has been lightly sprayed with Pam and bake at 325Ffor 30 to 40 minutes until firm.
