Salibury Steak Bake Recipe

• 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
• 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
• 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1/4 c. minced onion
• Dash pepper

1. Mix thoroughly 1/4 c. of the soup with all remaining ingredients.
2. Shape into 6 patties, place in shallow baking dish.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
4. Spoon off fat.
5. Mix remainder of soup and 1/3 c. water, pour over meat.
6. Bake 10 min longer.
7. Serves 4 to 6.
