Grilled Swordfish With Hot Red Sauce

  1. Spray grill with nonstick spray.
  2. Finely chop green onions to measue 1/4 cup, set aside.
  3. Prepare seseame salt, set aside.
  4. Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.
  5. Place in shallow dish.
  6. Combine green onions, hot bean paste, soy sauce, sesame salt, garlic, sugar, sesame oil and pepper in small bowl, mix well.
  7. Spread half of marinade over fish.
  8. Turn fish over and spread with remaining marinade.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  10. Remove fish from marinade, discard remaining marinade.
  11. Place fish on grill and grill 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  12. SESAME SALT:.
  13. 1/2 cup sesame seeds.
  14. 1/4 teaspoons salt.
  15. Heat small skillet over medium heat.
  16. Add sesame seeds, cook and stir about 5 minutes or until seeds are golden.
  17. Cool and crush toasted sesame seeds and salt with mortar and pestle or process in coffee grinder.
  18. Refrigerate in covered glass jar.
