Matcha Castella
- 3 Eggs
- 100 grams Sugar
- 120 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 40 ml Milk
- 80 grams Honey
- 20 grams Vegetable oil
- Combine the eggs, sugar, and honey in a bowl and whisk over a double boiler until the batter thickens into ribbons.
- Add the dry ingredients, then the warmed milk and oil into the bowl and mix.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 340F/170C.
