Bleu Cheese Ball Recipe
- 1 glass sharp cheese (Cheese Whiz)
- 1/4 pound Bleu cheese
- 3 Packages cream cheese (8 ounce.)
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. parsley or possibly 1/2 c.
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Sm. amount of garlic
- Mix cheese at room temperature; and if necessary, add in cream.
- Add in 1/2 of nuts and seasoning.
- Spread other 1/2 c. of nuts and parsley on a large sheet of wax paper.
- Shape cheese in a ball in the center of the paper and roll in the wax paper till covered with nuts and parsley!
- Place in refrigerator and let stand overnight.
- Makes 3 balls.
