Bleu Cheese Ball Recipe

  1. Mix cheese at room temperature; and if necessary, add in cream.
  2. Add in 1/2 of nuts and seasoning.
  3. Spread other 1/2 c. of nuts and parsley on a large sheet of wax paper.
  4. Shape cheese in a ball in the center of the paper and roll in the wax paper till covered with nuts and parsley!
  5. Place in refrigerator and let stand overnight.
  6. Makes 3 balls.
