Smoked Turkey Salad Recipe
- 1 precooked Louis Rich hickory smoke turkey breast, cubed
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. seedless grapes (red or possibly green)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
- 3/4 pound Jarlsburg cheese, cubed
- 1 c. cashews
- 1/4 c. sherry
- Paprika
- Cube turkey and cheese.
- Cut grapes in half.
- Toss turkey, cheese, grapes, and cashews together.
- Mix remainder of ingredients till well blended.
- Pour over salad and coat well.
- Line a platter or possibly bowl with ruffled lettuce and mound salad on top.
- Serve with garlic bread or possibly bread sticks and salad greens or possibly raw vegetables.
- Elegant but easy.
