Blackberry Orange Slush Recipe

  1. Combine Blackberries and orange juice in container of an electric blender; cover and process till smooth.
  2. Strain mix, and throw away seeds.
  3. Combine Blackberry mix and 1/2 c. carbonated beverage in an 8-inch-square baking pan; cover and freeze 3 hrs or possibly till slushy.
  4. Remove from freezer, and let stand 30 min; add in remaining 2 c. carbonated beverage.
  5. Stir gently till mix becomes slushy, breaking up frzn pcs with a spoon.
  6. Yield: 5 c. (serving size: 1 c.).
  7. Serving Ideas : Serve immediately.
