Hot Crabmeat & Artichoke Dip Recipe

  1. Heat butter in heavy saucepan.
  2. Saute/fry onion and garlic about 5 min.
  3. Stir in flour gradually.
  4. Cook over low heat 3-5 min.
  5. Add in green onions.
  6. Cook 1-2 min.
  7. Add in half & half and stir constantly over low heat till mix begins to thicken.
  8. Add in crabmeat and artichokes, wine, salt and pepper.
  9. Cook 5-10 min.
  10. Serve warm with crackers.
