Fabulous Barbecue Meatballs

• 2 lbs ground chuck
• 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups quick oats
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 2 teaspoons garlic salt
• 12 teaspoon pepper
• 2 teaspoons chili powder
• 2 cups ketchup
• 1 12 cups brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
• 1 cup barbecue sauce

1. Mix all meatball ingredients together and form into balls.
2. I use my largest ice cream/cookie scoop and place them in a 12x16-inch pan.
3. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
4. Bake at 350F uncovered for 1 hour.
