White Chocolate Chip Orange Cookies
- 2-1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup butter
- margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 to 3 tsp. grated orange peel
- 2 cups White Chocolate Morsels
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
- Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
- Beat in egg and orange peel.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in morsels.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees F oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
- Let stand for 2 minutes; then remove to wire racks to cool.
