Ribs Pork
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp granulated garlic
- 2 tbsp Hungarian sweet paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup concord grape wine
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 olive oil to coat the ribs
- 1 slab of ribs
- preheat oven to 350F Fahrenheit
- start the charcoal and apple wood chips
- on the ribs pull the silver skin off pour the wine anecdotal vinegar and oil all over the ribs use more if you need it be generous let sit for a bot check your fire if ready put you dry rub on mix well before put on ribs.
- put on the grill keep your eye on it turn after a bit you just want to sear it on the grill and get the smoky flavor and finish in oven it will vary from how long you grill and how long you bake in oven use a thermometer to tell internal temperature reaches 165F Fahrenheit let rest 5-10 minutes cut and serve
