Chinese Beef Steak (Household Miso Beef)

  1. Put the ingredients and the beef in a bowl, and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Spread vegetable oil in a frying pan, and cook the meat.
  3. Add the dressing from Step 1 after the meat has cooked through, heat, and it is done.
  4. Cook to your desired doneness.
  5. Add the meat from Step 2 on top of the plates spread with lettuce.
  6. Eat together with Chinese cabbage if you like.
