Secret Ingredient Dip

  1. Rip the cucumber open and remove the long, thin white muscles that run lengthwise down the middle, and discard the rest.
  2. Cook muscles for a few minutes until they look done, then mince, grind or whip them in a blender.
  3. Drain and use as follows.
  4. Salt, pepper and grated onion to taste.
  5. Combine all ingredients.
  6. Chill.
  7. Serve in a bowl surrounded by potato chips or crackers.
