South African fried wings

  1. Wash your chicken wings.
  2. Mix eggs ,pinch of salt and paprika
  3. Soak your wings into the egg mixture for 10 minutes in the refrigerator
  4. Mix flour and chicken spice together inside a plastic plastic bag.
  5. Add chicken and shake until wings are all quoted with flour.
  6. Remove from plastic bag and set aside for at least 10 minutes for the wings to absorb flour
  7. Heat the oil to about 180.
  8. Toss your wings and fry each side for about 5 minutes.
  9. Keep turning the wings until golden brown.
