Saucy Almond-Crusted Pork Cutlets
- 3/4 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Almonds
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 8 thin pork cutlets (2 lb.)
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
- Combine first 3 ingredients in shallow dish.
- Beat eggs with 2 Tbsp.
- water in separate shallow dish.
- Dip meat in egg mixture, then in almond mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each cutlet.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add meat, in batches; cook 2 min.
- on each side or until meat is done.
- Meanwhile, mix mayo and mustard.
- Serve with meat.
