Saucy Almond-Crusted Pork Cutlets

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in shallow dish.
  2. Beat eggs with 2 Tbsp.
  3. water in separate shallow dish.
  4. Dip meat in egg mixture, then in almond mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each cutlet.
  5. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  6. Add meat, in batches; cook 2 min.
  7. on each side or until meat is done.
  8. Meanwhile, mix mayo and mustard.
  9. Serve with meat.
